David founded Locale with a desire to pool together his friends to invest in real estate, creating a like-minded group of investors who are looking to build wealth, give back to our community, and have fun. David is the CEO and founder of William David Homes which gives him the unique position to leverage the construction partnerships for Locale’s investments. David is most excited about the ability to help the investors within the Locale community evaluate and see their own real estate deals brought to life. 

David has a degree in Finance from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business and has been in development for 20 years serving in various roles. His wife of 15 years Becky runs their home and real estate sales. Becky and David have four children Audrey, Will, Sara Kate, and Levi who keep them busy outside of their real estate business.
